What this site collects, and what I do with it.
This site is run by McKinney Advisory LLC, dba Throughline Energy, in Seattle, Washington.
- WHAT I COLLECT
- What you enter in the contact or referral form: your name, organization, email, building address or Portfolio Manager ID, standard, number of buildings, and your message. The site also counts page visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or identify you.
- HOW I USE IT
- To reply to you and, if you ask for a referral, to suggest licensed teams. I don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- WHO SEES IT
- Me. If you request a referral, I share your building details and contact information with the licensed teams you choose to talk to, and no one else. Netlify hosts the site and handles its forms, and Microsoft 365 handles my email; both process the data on my behalf.
- HOW LONG I KEEP IT
- I keep form submissions for two years, then delete them.
- YOUR CHOICES
- Email seth@throughline-energy.com to see, correct, or delete what I hold about you.
- THRESHOLD
- Data that licensed firms upload to Threshold is covered by their license agreement, not this notice.
